Key Industries supply the legendary Surex Pool Paint designed for swimming pools. The range can be seen in pools all round the country and our classic colour range compliments any pool size or shape. APPLICATION: A short lived 'face lift' to discoloured rendered concrete type pool surfaces only. WARNING - NOT to be used on fish ponds.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: FOR FIRST TIME PAINTED SURFACES: Mix the contents thoroughly stirring before application, (For at least 5mins). Thin down with water if required. All surfaces must be free of grease, polish, rust, scale, algae and loose flakes etc. Clean down the pool surface with a chlorine solution to eliminate any possible bacterial growth that may be present in the minute surface pores.

DO NOT apply to a substrate that is not fully waterproof. DO NOT apply to a wet surface. Apply by brush or roller. It is common practice to apply two coats to pool walls and three coats to the pool base, particularly in shallow areas. Leave till ' touch dry' before administering further coats. Leave the painted surface some 4 to 5 days (depending on weather conditions) before filling with water.

FOR RE- PAINTED APPLICATIONS: Mix the contents by thoroughly stirring before application, (for at least 5 mins). Only apply to surfaces previously painted with water based paints, Only paint onto a good sound substrate- If in doubt seek advice.

Surfaces coated with water based paints are usual painted annually. The application of slow dissolving chlorine donors cast directly into pool waters can both discolour and degrade the appearance of painted surfaces.
